Refunds:
Get Mojo is happy to arrange an exchange or store credit provided returned goods have not been: marked, worn, washed or used and are in original condition with manufacturer’s tags and/or packaging. As all items are thoroughly checked prior to leaving the factory any return item(s) that appears to have not been treated in accordance with the above conditions will result in no exchange or refund being given. Our apologies but due to health regulations and the personal nature of adult items a cash refund cannot be offered.

Returns Time Frame:
Good are required to be returned within 30 days of the dispatch date.

Returns Procedure:
Please email Get Mojo at info@getmojo.com.au if you intend to return goods to our store. State the reason for the return and also state your guarantee that the item has not been: marked, worn, washed or used and is in the manufacturer’s original condition. Please also supply the original purchaser’s details for our tracking.

 

Return Freight:
Get Mojo will not accept freight charges on garments returned to us for exchange or credit.

Return Freight Liability:
Get Mojo cannot be held liable for items that are either lost or damaged on their return

Warranty:
30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY (Consumable products excluded.)
If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, the supplier will repair this product or, at the supplier’s sole option, replace it with a like or reasonably similar product. This warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident,
unauthorised repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the supplier. Repaired or replacement products are warranted only for 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. Toy related products are sold as novelties only. If your item becomes defective after the initial 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
